#### Regulation .09 Advertisement.

*COMAR 13A.16.03.09*

A. An operator may not advertise child care services unless the center holds a current license issued by the office.

B. An advertisement of the center shall:

  (1) Specify that the center is licensed; and

  (2) Include the license number issued to the center by the office.
