Regulation .09 Advertisement.

An operator may not advertise child care services unless the facility holds a current letter of compliance issued by the office.

An advertisement of the facility shall:

(1)

Specify that the facility holds a letter of compliance; and

(2)

Include the letter of compliance number issued to the facility by the office.
