A.
Library resources shall be consistent with COMAR 13B.02.02.18 and appropriate to support the proposed program, whether it is to be offered on-site or at an off-campus location.
B.
Appropriate library resources may be achieved through one or more of the following:
(1)
On-site collections;
(2)
Interlibrary loans; or
(3)
Computerized access to holdings in other in-State or out-of-State libraries.
C.
When formal, cooperative arrangements with other institutions are required to ensure students' access to library holdings, these shall be discussed and accompanied by letters of agreement.
