Regulation .20 Off-Campus Programs.

A proposal for a substantial modification shall be submitted to offer an existing on-campus program at an off-campus location, including a regional higher education center.

Except as set forth in §C of this regulation, an institution may not submit a program proposal for a new program to be offered as an off-campus program.

An institution may submit a program proposal for a new program to be offered at a regional higher education center.
