Regulation .27 Transcripts, Costs.

The hearing shall be recorded by tape recording, stenographic notes, or other means, and shall be transcribed as soon as possible after the hearing.

A party other than the Secretary or the Commission taking exceptions or appealing a proposed decision shall request a transcript if one has not been prepared.

Transcript. If a party requests a transcript of the hearing, the requesting party shall bear the cost of transcription.
