Regulation .05 Obtaining Conditional Allocation for State Funds (Not Applicable to Baltimore City Community College).

When a county desires State financial assistance for capital projects, the board of trustees for the college concerned shall, by resolution of the governing body of the county, request the filing of the necessary petition with the Commission.

When the governing body of the county approves the request of the board of trustees for the college and wishes to apply for a grant under the applicable construction loan act, the governing body shall file with the Commission a petition including the detailed description of the proposed project.
