Regulation .07 Selection of Recipients.

Priority for awards shall be given to prior year recipients who remain eligible for the award under Regulation .10 of this chapter.

Initial applicants shall be selected for awards based on greatest financial need, as demonstrated on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
