Chapter 08. Meetings of Board

To resolve a complaint, the Board may deliberate by email, teleconference, videoconference, or in person.

Deliberations under this regulation shall pertain only to the resolution of a complaint.

The Board may elect to convene regular standing meetings to deliberate and resolve complaints, and to address any other business of the Board.

All meetings shall be held in accordance with General Provisions Article, Title 3, Annotated Code of Maryland, to the extent applicable to the meeting.

All meetings shall be governed by commonly accepted rules of parliamentary procedure as determined by the Chair of the Board.
