In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

Terms Defined.
(1)
“Enterprise Fund” means the investment program established by §10-469 of the Act.
(2)
“Invest Maryland Program” means the investment program established under §§10-4A-01—10-4A-28 of the Act.
(3)
“Maryland Venture Fund” means the Enterprise Fund and the Invest Maryland Program.
