Regulation .08 Referral for Fraud.

Pursuant to Labor and Employment Article, §9-310.2(a), Annotated Code of Maryland, any party may request that the Commission refer the case to the Insurance Fraud Division of the Maryland Insurance Administration for investigation.

A party requesting a referral to the Insurance Fraud Division shall complete a fraud referral form provided by the Commission.
