Regulation .16 Hearings En Banc.

At the request of a party, or on the Commission’s own initiative, a matter may be set in for hearing en banc before three Commissioners selected by the Chairman.

In any examination or hearing held by the Commission under Labor and Employment Article, §§9-405 and 9-406, Annotated Code of Maryland, the matter shall be set in for hearing en banc before a majority of the Commissioners.
