Health Services Cost Review Commission. In accordance with Health-General Article, §19-211, Annotated Code of Maryland, in the case of a discrepancy between a rate for a hospital service set by the Health Services Cost Review Commission and that set by the Workers’ Compensation Commission, the rate set by the Health Services Cost Review Commission shall prevail.
