When a visitor is admitted to an area of the premises used for cannabis operations, a registered agent shall: Log the visitor in and out; Retain with the log a photocopy of the visitor’s government-issued identification; Continuously, physically supervise the visitor while they are on the premises; and Ensure that the visitor does not touch any cannabis. An Administration investigator is not subject to the visitor requirements established in §A of this regulation. The processor shall maintain a log of all visitors for 2 years. A firefighter, a rescue squad member, law enforcement officer, or emergency medical services personnel who is actively responding to a call for emergency services is not subject to §A(1)—(3) of this regulation.
