### Chapter 12 — Cannabis Dispensary Operations

#### Regulation .09 Hours of Operations.

*COMAR 14.17.12.09*

A. A dispensary may not conduct sales before 8 a.m. or past 11 p.m.

B. A dispensary shall display its hours of operation at the main entrance to the premises.
