Medical Cannabis Products. The Administration shall require that certain finished cannabis products be dispensed only to qualifying patients or registered caregivers to: Ensure adequate supply of medical cannabis products; and Reserve high potency products for medical patients. No part of this section may be construed to prohibit the dispensing of other finished cannabis products to qualifying patients in accordance with COMAR 14.17.12.04, including: Cannabis vaporizing devices; Home cultivation products; Usable cannabis products; and Edible cannabis products containing less than: 10 milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol per serving; or 100 milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol per package. Adult-Use Cannabis Products. Individuals purchasing cannabis products for adult-use may purchase: Cannabis vaporizing devices; Concentrated cannabis products with a total weight of 1 gram or less; Home cultivation products; Usable cannabis products; Infused non-edible cannabis products; and Edible cannabis products, tinctures, and capsules containing equal to or less than: 10 milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol per serving; and 100 milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol per package. Infused pre-rolls are not subject to the weight limit in §B(2) of this regulation. Licensed dispensaries shall otherwise provide products for retail sale in accordance with COMAR 14.17.12.06.
