A.
A dispensary shall only sell or dispense concentrated cannabis products with a total weight that exceeds 1 gram to qualifying patients or registered caregivers.
B.
Concentrated cannabis products with a total weight that exceeds 1 gram shall be labeled in accordance with COMAR 14.17.18.04.
