Regulation .02 Notice of Receivership Action Involving Cannabis Licensee.

Any person who files any receivership or trustee action involving any cannabis licensee shall provide the Administration with original notice of the action:

The Administration will find a licensee compliant with this chapter only if it receives original notice of the action and the receiver is registered consistent with Administration requirements.
