Picketing and demonstrations anywhere on Authority property shall be authorized by the Executive Director in advance. Those picketing or demonstrating: May do so only in areas specified by the Executive Director; Shall conduct themselves in a peaceful and orderly manner; and May not obstruct the use of Authority facilities by others or interfere with the normal course of Authority business. Those under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not picket or demonstrate. The Director of Facilities Management shall approve signs in advance of a specified picket date. Only hand-carried signs are permitted.
