Unrestricted public parking is not permitted on Authority property. Parking on Authority property is permitted only in designated parking areas and at designated times. Parking shall be controlled and supervised, and fees shall be collected by the Authority's parking operator. Permits issued by the Authority, its parking operator, or other authorized entity are valid only at the times and in the locations indicated. A permit or payment of fees does not authorize overnight storage of vehicles. Overnight storage may be permitted with the authorization of the Authority. Vehicles parked in a manner inconsistent with these regulations are subject to towing at the owner's risk and expense.
