Regulation .09 Applicant Responsibilities.

An applicant shall timely provide any information concerning an application, request, or proposal as requested by the Administration.

A person that provides a statement or report in any document required to be furnished to the Administration by any agreement relating to a grant, loan, or other financial assistance is subject to the provisions of State Government Article, §9–20B–11, Annotated Code of Maryland.
