A.
These regulations apply to an individual who:
(1)
Is hired by the Service after June 30, 1993;
(2)
Was employed by the Service before July 1, 1993, but who is not a member of the State Personnel Management System; and
(3)
Transfers from the State Personnel Management System to the human resources system established by Natural Resources Article, §3-103.1, Annotated Code of Maryland.
B.
These regulations shall apply to the Executive Director, but not to any other member of the Board of Directors.
C.
Regulations .05, .06, .10—.13, .15A—F, .16, .17, .21, .25, and .27 of this chapter do not apply to temporary employees of the Service.
