The Service shall establish minimum qualifications and selection criteria for an employment position. Examinations. The Service may require an applicant for employment to participate in an examination of the applicant's job-related qualifications. Returning Veterans and Reservists. The Service shall employ returning veterans and reservists in accordance with the provisions of State Personnel and Pensions Article, Title 2, Subtitle 7, Annotated Code of Maryland.
