A.
The Board may assign the Executive Director to process and assign petitions and charges filed with the Board.
B.
The Executive Director shall first screen the petition or charge to ensure that the Board has jurisdiction to hear the case.
Regulation .02 Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction.LinkCopy Citation
A.
Subject to the Board’s approval, the Executive Director may dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction.
B.
In the case of dismissal for lack of jurisdiction, the complainant shall be notified, in writing, of the Board action as well as the reason or reasons for the dismissal.
