The public may inspect the rules, decisions, and public records of the Board upon written request filed within a reasonable time period in advance of inspection. A prescribed format for requests for inspection may not be required. Written requests shall be submitted to the Board at its official address. A person may request in writing copies of the Board’s reports, decisions, orders, and certifications. A request for public records of PERB shall be provided at cost.
