A.
In hearings conducted by the Board, the Chair shall preside for purposes of administering the hearing pursuant to this chapter.
B.
The Chair may designate a Board member to preside in the Chair’s absence.
C.
The presiding hearing officer shall fix the time, place, and method for all hearings.
