Regulation .11 Children's Rights.

General. The licensee shall provide services designed to meet the children's needs for guidance, learning, and personal development.

Each child shall be treated in compliance with a “Residents’ Bill of Rights,” as set forth in Human Services Article, §8-707, Annotated Code of Maryland.
