The Exchange may conduct compliance reviews of a QHP during the plan benefit year.

The Exchange may require an authorized carrier to develop, submit for approval, and follow, as amended by the Exchange, a corrective action plan for compliance issues noted by the Exchange during its compliance review of a QHP.
