A.
The presiding officer shall:
(1)
Sign the final order following a hearing; and
(2)
File a copy of the final order with the Exchange and serve a copy on all parties to the hearing.
B.
The final order is effective when issued, unless a different date is specified in the decision.
C.
The decision of the Board is the final administrative decision of the case.
