An LEA shall report to the IAC changes in: A school name; and Use of a school when the school will be used for educational purposes other than as a school or when a school will be left vacant, as provided in Regulations .23 and .24 of this chapter. The LEA shall request State approval to: Grant easements or rights-of-way on school property; Lease a portion of a school, as provided in Regulations .23 and .24 of this chapter; and Transfer a school site or a school building when the school is no longer needed for school purposes, as provided in Regulation .24 of this chapter.
