In this regulation, the following terms have the meanings indicated. Terms Defined. “Locally-constructed relocatable classroom” means a relocatable classroom that is constructed at the school site. “Model Performance Code” means the construction standards stated in COMAR 09.12.50.03: “Pre-manufactured unit” means a relocatable classroom that is constructed off-site and transported to the school site. “Relocatable classroom” means a classroom unit that is capable of being disconnected and transported from one school site and reinstalled at another school site.
