The section titled “Examination Procedure for Price Verification”.

The requirements applicable to packaged commodities that are produced, kept, offered, or exposed for sale in this State are set forth in the section of Handbook 130 titled “Uniform Packaging and Labeling Regulation”.
C.
The requirements applicable to examination procedures for price accuracy in retail stores in this State are set forth in the section of Handbook 130 titled “Examination Procedure for Price Verification”.
