The Department shall charge the following fees to test volumetric field standards:
A.
If the standard is less than or equal to 5 gallons, the fee is $45 a unit;
B.
If the standard is greater than 5 gallons but less than or equal to 20 gallons, the fee is $70 a unit;
C.
If the standard is greater than 20 gallons but less than or equal to 200 gallons, the fee is $180 a unit; and
D.
If the standard is for measuring liquefied petroleum gas between 20 gallons and 125 gallons, the fee is $350.
