### Chapter 12 — Biodiesel Motor Blend Fuel Registration for a Weighing and Measuring Device

#### Regulation .04 Certification of Registration Fee.

*COMAR 15.03.12.04*

A. The Department shall issue a certification of registration for a device to any qualifying organization under this chapter upon payment of the fee specified in §B of this regulation.

B. The fees for registration are:

  (1) $50 for each business location; and

  (2) $12.50 per meter.
