A.
A licensee, permittee, or certificate holder may not apply a pesticide in a school building or on school grounds until notification is provided in accordance with Regulation .05, .06, .07, or .08 of this chapter, unless provided in accordance with Regulation .09 of this chapter.
B.
A person who applies a pesticide in a school building or on school grounds shall be a:
(1)
Certified applicator; or
(2)
Registered employee working under the supervision of a certified applicator.
C.
A licensee, permittee, or certificate holder shall provide the school with a record of each pesticide application at the time of the pesticide application.
