The Secretary has determined that the following weeds and plants are noxious weeds in this State: Johnsongrass (Sorghum halepense); Shattercane (Sorghum biclor); Canada Thistle (Circium arvense); Musk/Knodding Thistle (Carduus nutans); Plumless Thistle (Carduus acanthoides); Bull Thistle (Circium vulgare); Palmer Amaranth (Amaranthus palmeri); and Tall Waterhemp (Amaranthus tuberculatus, A. rudis).
