A.
A person who violates this chapter is subject to an administrative fine up to $10,000 as provided in COMAR 15.11.19.
B.
In addition to any administrative penalty, any person who violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to fine or imprisonment as provided by Agriculture Article, §§12-101 and 12-102, Annotated Code of Maryland.
