A.
A person applying for a license shall obtain, complete, and submit licensing applications and fees as set forth in this chapter.
B.
A licensee shall comply with:
(1)
The inspection requirements by the Board or the Board's designee set forth in this chapter;
(2)
The applicable training requirements as required in this chapter; and
(3)
Criminal Law Article, Title 5, Subtitle 3, Annotated Code of Maryland, and regulations promulgated under it.
