Regulation .07 Authorized Employee — Duties and Responsibilities.

Meet the training requirements set forth in this chapter;

Follow the animal control procedures established and maintained by the owner or responsible individual;

Use controlled dangerous substances only as directed by the responsible individual;

Document the use of controlled dangerous substances as set forth in this chapter; and

Immediately report any discrepancies in the controlled dangerous substances record keeping to the responsible individual.
