A.
A mobile veterinary clinic may not offer or provide veterinary services unless it has a valid hospital license.
B.
The owner of more than one mobile veterinary clinic shall obtain a hospital license for each mobile clinic.
C.
The licensing fee for a mobile veterinary clinic shall be the same as that required for a veterinary hospital.
D.
The licensing requirements set forth in COMAR 15.14.03.01-1 also apply to mobile clinics.
