#### Regulation .08 Taking Examination After Failure.

*COMAR 15.14.09.08*

After failing the NAVLE, a candidate may take another examination by:

A. Making application directly to the NBVME; and

B. Meeting all other conditions as specified by the NBVME or its authorized representative.
