Regulation .11 Refusal or Revocation of Registration.

The Secretary may refuse to register or may revoke any registration for a commercial fertilizer or soil conditioner that does not comply with the requirements of this chapter or with the requirements of the Maryland Commercial Fertilizer Law, Agriculture Article, §§6-201—6-221, Annotated Code of Maryland.

A person whose registration is refused or revoked, or who is subject to any penalty provided by this chapter, shall be given an opportunity for a hearing by the Secretary before any denial, revocation, or penalty is final.
