A.
A person is not eligible to receive funds for transporting manure under the Project unless:
(1)
For poultry manure, the production or storage site is at least 7 miles from the location where the manure may be used in a manner consistent with this chapter; and
(2)
For livestock manure, the production or storage site is at least 1 mile from the location where the manure may be used in a manner consistent with this chapter.
B.
A producer may receive funds for transporting manure generated in the producer’s own operation if the producer is transporting manure to a location that meets the minimum distance set forth in this regulation.
