There is an Agricultural Certainty Oversight Committee. The responsibility of the Oversight Committee includes: Assisting in the development of regulations that govern the Program; Monitoring and providing oversight on the development and implementation of policies and standards relating to the Program; Evaluating performance of the Program and making recommendations for improvements to the Program based on information provided by the Department; and Reviewing the draft annual report and other information to make recommendations. The Oversight Committee meets when necessary to provide recommendations for developing regulations for the Program and thereafter a minimum of once a year to carry out its responsibilities.
