Regulation .10 Fertility Testing and Monitoring.

The Department may conduct soil and tissue tests at the producer's expense to determine fertility or to evaluate a producer's soil management methods.

At the producer's expense, the Department may test for heavy metals or other suspected contaminants in the soil and subsoil of any field that receives substantial amounts of manure from off-farm sources.
