A permitted producer, processor, distributor, or retailer may renew a certification permit by: Submitting a renewal application; Paying a renewal fee; Certifying, when applicable, that the certified farm unit or certified organic handling operation has not produced or handled any agricultural product sold or labeled as organically produced except in accordance with this subtitle; and Otherwise complying with the requirements of this subtitle.
