Initial Determination. After receipt of all required verification documents, including inspection reports and the results of any required laboratory analyses, the Department shall determine whether to grant or deny the requested permit, and then notify the applicant of its decision. Denial of Application. The Department may not grant a permit to an applicant if the: Requirements of this subtitle have not been met; Application or verification documents contain insufficient or false information upon which to make a determination of eligibility; or Applicant has violated any provisions of this subtitle.
