In General. The Secretary shall give all parties reasonable written notice of the hearing. Contents. The hearing notice shall state: The date, time, place, and nature of the hearing; The right to: Call witnesses; Offer evidence, including rebuttal evidence; Cross-examine any witness that another party or the Department calls; and Present summation and argument; The right, if applicable, to request subpoenas for witnesses and evidence, and the costs, if any, associated with such a request; The right to request a copy of the hearing proceedings and the costs, if any, associated with such a request; Any right or restrictions on representation; That failure to appear for the scheduled hearing may result in an adverse action against that party; and That the parties may agree to the evidence and waive their right to appear at the hearing.
