A.
In General. The Department shall require that each public-sector and private-sector program be capable of accessing the Department's information support system.
B.
Security. Links among computer systems shall:
(1)
Comply with all federal and State requirements; and
(2)
Be designed to prevent unauthorized access to confidential records.
