These regulations apply to:
A.
Youth diversion programs currently being funded by the Department of Juvenile Services;
B.
A program which seeks funding from the Department of Juvenile Services as a youth diversion program; and
C.
A program which is approved by the Department of Juvenile Services as a diversion program.
