Regulation .05 Regulation Limitations.

The grievance procedures may not:

Offer an administrative hearing;

Be governed by the contested case provisions of State Government Article, Annotated Code of Maryland; and

Include decisions made through the Department of Juvenile Services Disciplinary Appeals Process.
